

Resulting from rapid growth and the company's rebrand, Matthews Real Estate Investment Services needed a new website that reflected the new brand’s look, feel, and voice. The website needed to be scalable as the company acquired new businesses, maintainable via a simple interface, and robust enough to work with the technology the company was in the process of developing. I worked directly with the executive team to outline the necessities, provided direction to third-party developers and designers, and led a team of six to make it happen. We wanted to create a shallow site that led visitors down specific flows. The majority of our web traffic came from email marketing, specifically property emails, and we wanted to support that while also growing our organic traffic and nurturing tracks for first-time investors. Four months after launching the website had generated a 364% increase in web traffic, increased pages per session by .72%, and decreased bounce rate by more than 23%.
