

In one year, Matthews REIS underwent a full rebrand, onboarded a new CFO, acquired two businesses thereby creating Matthews Multifamily Advisors and Matthews Shopping Center Advisors, created a 1031 Private Client Advantage program, assembled a Debt Asset Resolution Team, and grew from 24 to 99 full-time employees. Needless to say, the company required a robust Public Relations strategy. As Senior Manager of Brand Marketing I managed one full-time Trade Marketing Manager and oversaw the development, editing and review of press release and news release content, directed media relations efforts, social media strategy, and speaker engagements.
